5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. Delivery within Switzerland typically takes 3-7 business days. International deliveries may take longer.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

7. Returns and exchanges

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
