Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LuxusVogue. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unused
• Original tags must still be attached
• Original packaging must be present
• Items must not show any signs of wear

Return Process

Please send an email to vip@luxusvogue.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the item (if damaged)

We will get back to you within 48 hours and inform you of the next steps.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions

• Sale items are excluded from exchange
• Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Personalized items are excluded from exchange
